Creacioneslu-lu Ko’i Lechi Store delivers only after receiving payment. Payment must have been credited to the account number of Creacioneslu-lu Ko’i Lechi Store at the latest 7 days after the order date. Irrespective of the manner of payment chosen by the customer when placing orders, Creacioneslu-lu Ko’i Lechi Store will retain the right not to execute orders or to execute them at a later point in time.
Creacioneslu-lu Ko’i Lechi Store will do its utmost to deliver the orders as soon as possible. If the order is delayed or can only be executed partially (due to temporarily not having the articles in stock or for any other reason), the customer will be informed of such. Subsequently, the customer has the possibility to have the order sent later or have the articles in question eliminated from the order or have them replaced. Creacioneslu-lu Ko’i Lechi Store does not provide any delivery at a later date and does not take any responsibility for not having articles in stock, even if this is not mentioned in the article in question. Of course, we do our utmost to have a sufficient stock of all articles in store.
If Creacioneslu-lu Ko’i Lechi Store has stated a term for delivery, it will be indicative. A stated delivery time is, therefore, never a deadline. We try to process orders placed before 14.00 hours the same day. This is no guarantee, though. The eventual delivery time will, however, never surpass the delivery date by more than a week, unless it is a matter of circumstances beyond our control. In the event of surpassing a term, the customer must give Creacioneslu-lu Ko’i Lechi Store notice of default in writing.
As soon as your shipment is sent, you will receive an e-mail. You can count on the delivery being made at your place the following work day. If you are not at home, you will receive a note with a telephone number on it from GLS in your mailbox. By means of this number, you can make a new delivery appointment. You have to react within 5 days, otherwise, the package will be returned to Creacioneslu-lu Ko’i Lechi Store.
Creacioneslu-lu Ko’i Lechi Store will credit the amount of the goods. If in that case you still want to receive the package, we will charge the shipping costs once again. The term for all purchases sent for viewing is 7 days. The viewing term implies that the customer has the right to return the articles within 7 days without any obligation for his part in the original package and with the original packing note added. Don’t forget to mention the reason for the return shipment! The returned articles may not have been used or be damaged. Besides, the customer has to comply with all the conditions for returning the articles.
The costs of returning the articles shall be at the expense of the buyer. After receiving the shipment and approval of Creacioneslu-lu Ko’i Lechi Store concerning the state of the products, the payment, less the shipment costs of the buyer, will be refunded within 14 days. Edible prints are excluded from the right to send back products.

Creacioneslu-lu Ko’i Lechi Store guarantees the reliability and/or usefulness of the articles that it has delivered, in conformity with the specifications offered on the webshop. The date mentioned on the invoice/packing note is the commencement date for the guarantee. Any defect to an article that has emerged in the event of a normal and judicious use, will be replaced by Creacioneslu-lu Ko’i Lechi Store within the term of guarantee of one month after purchase at the written request of the customer. If the customer rightly requests replacement, Creacioneslu-lu Ko’i Lechi Store will also be entitled to opt for the refunding of the customer’s purchase price. Insofar as the manufacturer makes further exclusions in the manufacturer’s warranty, these restrictions will be taken over by Creacioneslu-lu Ko’i Lechi Store.
In the event of visible defects, the customer must return the article within the viewing period, while stating the defect. In the case, the shipping costs will be at the expense of Creacioneslu-lu Ko’i Lechi Store. The defect must be reported in advance by telephone or via e-mail to Creacioneslu-lu Ko’i Lechi Store.
In the event of hidden defects, or in the event of visible defects after the viewing term, any complaint of the customer must be reported within 14 days, but not later than a month after the invoice date. The customer must send along a written description of the defects found. If the customer does not request repair or replacement in writing, Creacioneslu-lu Ko’i Lechi Store will decide whether the article will be replaced.
With articles that the customer sends on his own initiative, the shipping costs will be at his expense. In that case, Creacioneslu-lu Ko’i Lechi Store will not be accountable for the damage arising during transportation. Creacioneslu-lu Ko’i Lechi Store will not be accountable for the damage that the customer or a third party sustains due to the use of an article delivered by Creacioneslu-lu Ko’i Lechi Store unless the customer can demonstrate that the damage was caused due to an intentional act or omission, or gross negligence of Creacioneslu-lu Ko’i Lechi Store. (In)direct costs or damage caused to the customer or a third party, due to a defective article being out of service, will not qualify for indemnification, unless the customer demonstrates that the costs or damage have arisen due to an intentional act or omission, or gross negligence of Creacioneslu- lu Ko’i Lechi Store.
Amounts already paid for articles that are returned within the viewing term, or advance payments made by the customer, on the basis of the conditions set by Creacioneslu-lu Ko’i Lechi Store, will be refunded in case the sale is not realized.
For the consequences of misprints on the website or any other type of media, Creacioneslu-lu Ko’i Lechi Store cannot accept any liability. By placing an order, every customer declares that he agrees to the conditions of sale mentioned above without reservation.
